To progress your enquiry, a design consultation fee is required. If you subsequently proceed with the order, this amount will be deducted from the total. If you do not proceed, however, the fee covers the time and costs involved in producing the designs and quotes and is non-refundable.
Once the design fee has been paid, it may be necessary to schedule a virtual design consultation between yourself, one of our in-house designers, and Luke. Following the consultation, our designers and workshop will begin proposing some designs for the ring(s) and preparing the quote(s) – a process which can take several weeks.
Please note that the fee will cover only the first round of design options, and whilst follow-up tweaks and small changes are included, substantial changes and new re-designs may be subject to additional fees.
